It is the parlor level that contains the ten-foot-high living area with a custom bookshelf that which is cleverly extended to fashion a circulation space for the two cats in the house. The inquisitive cats can meander through the flowing ledge and access different vantage points and trap doors that allow them to navigate through the top two levels of the home.
A wooden accent wall steals the show in the entryway and the bedroom while the large living room in white is punctuated by a dark black feature wall with shelves fireplace and a cozy window seat. White is the color of choice indoors even as large glass doors usher in natural light.
Stone wood and polished modern finishes are brought together effortlessly even as brilliant accent lighting puts the final touches on a family home that veers towards the natural. Steeping in gives you the impression of walking into a secluded serene and rejuvenating setting which is removed from urban rush.
Since the rowhouse is not blessed with extravagantly large spaces it was important to fashion a living environment that was refreshing inviting and visually spacious without going overboard.
