It is the central courtyard and the garden of the house that define layout of spaces and give this awesome Mexican home its unique identity. Designed by López Duplan Arquitectos the residence is set on a simple rectangular lot and its floor plan maximizes pace even while inviting greenery indoors.
Natural goodness becomes a part of life at CSF House with the open living space embracing both the green spaces. It is the upper levels that contain the kids’ rooms along with the master bedroom and other private areas.
Maximizing space privacy and a special connection with greenery provides a secluded oasis amidst the increasingly cluttered and noisy landscape of . Designed by envase the project sees four townhouses taking shape on two adjacent lots and each of the townhouse does its best to maximize space across its multiple levels.
The central idea behind the design conjured up by KEM STUDIO was to create a relaxing and nature-centric hub that allows the homeowners to leave behind their hectic urban life. It is essentially a house that has the aura of a ‘serene second home’!
Another distinctive trait of the house is the way in which the new internal walls and partitions sit some way away from the concrete beams and the niche between the two is illuminated using smart accent lighting. This creates a cheerful and well-kit atmosphere even as the living area flows into kitchen and dining space next to it.
With the stairway clearly delineating the second level into the living area on one side and the kitchen and dining on the other the need for additional internal partitions has been completely done away with.
Spatially the three different structures of the house contain three specialized areas with the edifice in the foreground housing the living area kitchen and other public spaces.
